• Existing employees where they commenced their employment with your organisation prior to you introducing stricter checks for new entrants, thus having the ability to check all employees to the same criteria

Other useful information:

• KYC require the data in an Excel spreadsheet with the following fields: title, first name, family name, date of birth, full address and a unique identifier such as works or payroll number
• Minimum file size is 30 records
• The results are returned in an Excel spreadsheet
